The choice is Nicky’s.

Creating real change

At The Choice Foundation we strive to give all people more choices in how they want to live their lives.

We do this by funding disability programs and projects that create lasting change across education, sport, employment, respite, housing, wellbeing and community inclusion.

Offering support through JCA Member Organisations, we are creating services that allow everyone to contribute to and benefit from the community we share.

We choose to make an impact.

The Choice Foundation continues to create a just, accessible, and empowering community through our dynamic programs and relentless commitment to inclusion.

By nurturing innovative initiatives and collaborating with community partners, we help every individual with a disability exercise their right to choice, to live fully, and to contribute meaningfully.

Founders of The Choice Foundation

How we work

At The Choice Foundation there are two ways that our programs and projects come to life.

People with big ideas.

We’re talking about individuals who have an innovative idea about how inclusive practice could best be achieved in our community. Whether it’s a support service, program or experience that brings the community together, tell us about your big idea and then, if successful, we will fund it and help you partner with a JCA organisation to deliver it.

Forward thinking organisations.

We encourage all JCA constituent organisations to think about how they would make their workplace more inclusive for people of all abilities.

Making a difference is a choice.

There are different ways you can get involved at The Choice Foundation.

If you or someone you know would like to participate in one of our programs, please reach out and let us know.
